Luang Por

"Luang Por" is a title given to Buddhist monks who are very wise and respected in their community. So, let's say there is a monk who has spent many years studying Buddhism and teaching people how to be good and kind. This monk might be called "Luang Por" as a sign of respect for all the good work he has done. It's like being called "Teacher" or "Professor" but for Buddhists!
