Luke Helder is a person who did something very bad a long time ago. He put bombs in mailboxes in different places in the United States. This scared many people and hurt some of them too. When he was caught, he said he did it because he wanted people to pay attention to his message. But what he did was very wrong and he had to go to jail for a long time. It's not okay for anyone to hurt other people or scare them like that.
