ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Lunar observation

Lunar observation is when you look at the Moon through a telescope, binoculars, or even just with your eyes. It can be really fun! You can see the Moon change shape as it orbits the Earth. It starts off as a sliver of light and grows bigger and brighter every night. When it is a full Moon, it looks like a big round circle in the sky. You can also see craters and other details on the Moon's surface if you look closely. Have fun observing the Moon!
