ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Machine factory

A machine factory is a place where people make machines. Like how you might build with Legos, people at a machine factory build bigger machines that can do different jobs.

First, they start with a plan or design that shows them how to build the machine. Then they gather all the parts they will need, like nuts, bolts, and sheets of metal, and start putting the machine together.

Sometimes the machines can be really big and heavy, so they use cranes to lift them and move them to where they need to go. Once the machine is all put together, they test it to make sure it works properly.

When the machine factory makes a machine, they are usually making it for someone else to use. It could be a machine that helps build cars or one that makes food.

So, a machine factory is like a big Lego factory where people build really big and useful machines.
