Machine learning

Machine learning is like when you tell a computer to learn something new. Instead of programming the computer with specific instructions, you give it a lot of information about something, and it learns how to make the best decisions about that thing. For example, if you give it lots of pictures of cats, it can learn to recognize a new picture of a cat when it sees one.
