Mahdi

Mahdi is a term that Islamic followers believe refers to a person who will come to Earth one day to save the world from injustice and make it a better place. The Mahdi is also sometimes known as the "Guided One". They will do this by cleaning up all the bad in the world and bringing justice and peace, as well as bring about a better relationship between people and God. People believe that the Mahdi will be sent by Allah, the all-powerful God of Islam, and that he will appear sometime in the future.
