Malaria

Malaria is a sickness that can make you feel very sick and tired. It is caused by tiny little creatures called parasites that live inside mosquitoes. When the mosquitoes bite you, they leave the parasites inside your body and that's how you get sick.

The parasites can make you feel very sick. You might get a high fever, which means your body gets very hot, and you might feel like you have no energy. You might also feel cold, get the shivers, and feel really weak. You might even have trouble breathing and get really sick.

But don't worry, doctors and scientists have figured out ways to help people who get malaria. They can give you medicine to kill the parasites and help you feel better. They also have ways to stop the mosquitoes from spreading malaria by using special sprays or nets to keep them away from people.

It's important to protect yourself from mosquitoes if you live in a place where malaria is common. You can wear long-sleeved clothes, use mosquito repellent spray, and sleep under a mosquito net at night. By doing these things, you can stay healthy and avoid getting malaria.
