Malaysian New Economic Policy

The Malaysian New Economic Policy (or NEP) is an important program set up by the government of Malaysia to help the country's economy. It's goal is to make sure that everyone in Malaysia, no matter their race or religion, has an equal chance at success. This means that the government makes sure resources like education, business opportunities, and job training are available to everyone. The NEP also encourages businesses owned by Malaysians to grow and do better, creating more jobs and giving people in Malaysia a better quality of life.
