Marian devotions

Marian devotions are the special prayers and acts of love that Catholics give to Mary, the mother of Jesus. Just like how we give hugs and kisses to our moms to show them how much we love them, Catholics show their love for Mary by saying special prayers, wearing special clothes, or visiting special places. Catholics believe that Mary is a person full of love, kindness, and care just like how our moms are, and that she can help pray to Jesus for us.
