ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Market overt

Market overt is like a big store where people can sell and buy things. It's a special kind of store where people can buy things from each other without worrying about whether the person selling it actually owns it or not. This is because if you buy something in market overt, you own it even if the person selling it didn't really own it before.

This is different from a normal store, where the store has to make sure that they only sell things they legally own. So you can buy things in market overt without worrying that someone else might come and take it away from you because they say it's really theirs.

It's kind of like playing a game with rules that say if you buy something in market overt, it's yours and no one can take it back. So if you go to market overt and buy a toy from someone, you get to keep that toy and play with it forever!
