Maywand District murders

The Maywand District Murders were a series of murders that happened in the Maywand District of Afghanistan in 2010. They were committed by a group of four Afghan men, now known as ‘The Maywand District Killers’. They would kidnap young men and boys and take them to a deserted area, where they would rape and torture them, then kill them. They were eventually caught and put in jail for their crimes. It was a very sad and shocking event for the people in the area, and a reminder of how important it is to protect everyone, no matter who they are.
