ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Media Watch International

Okay, imagine you have a big brother who always watches what you're doing, to make sure you're safe and not doing anything bad. Well, Media Watch International is kind of like a big brother for all the news and media outlets in the world!

See, media outlets (like TV news shows or newspapers) are really important because they tell us what's happening in the world. But sometimes they make mistakes or show us things that are really scary or not true. That's where Media Watch International comes in - they watch all the news and media outlets and make sure they're doing everything right.

They check to make sure the news is accurate, and that reporters are telling the truth. They also make sure that the media is being fair and not showing too much of one side of a story. And if they find something that's wrong or not fair, they tell the media outlet and try to get them to fix it.

So basically, Media Watch International is like a really helpful big brother for all the news and media outlets in the world!
