Media multitasking

Media multitasking is when you are using multiple forms of media (like your phone, computer, or TV) at the same time. For example, if you're listening to music while you play a game on your computer, watching TV, and scrolling through your phone, you are media multitasking. It can be fun to do, but it can be distracting and make it harder for you to focus on any one thing for very long.
