Megatsunami

A megatsunami is a big wave or series of big waves caused by something like an earthquake or a big rock falling into water from high up. It can happen in oceans or lakes, and is much bigger than ordinary waves. A megatsunami is so big that it can make the water around it go up and up and up until it gets really, really high like a huge hill. The wave could be so big that it can cause a lot of damage to nearby things like buildings, homes and more.
