ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Memory

Memory is like a big folder in your brain that helps you remember things from the past. For example, if you went to the store yesterday, you might remember what you bought because it's stored in your memory. Every day, your brain takes pieces of information (like you went to the store) and stores it in the memory folder. That way, when you need to remember something, like what you bought, you can reach into your memory folder and find it.
