Methodism

Methodism is a way of doing church that started a long time ago by a man named John Wesley. He wanted to make sure that people could feel really close to God and that everyone was welcome to come to church.

Methodism is like going to a big family gathering where everyone is happy to see each other. In a Methodist church, people sing songs and pray together. There is also a big book called the Bible that is always read and talked about in church.

One thing that makes Methodism special is that people are really encouraged to help others. This means that they do things like serve food to people who are hungry, visit someone who is lonely, or help clean up a park.

Methodism isn't just about going to church on Sundays. It's about loving God and loving people every day.
