Metrication Ordinance

Okay kiddo, have you ever heard of the metric system? It's a way of measuring things like distance, weight and volume using units like meters, grams and liters instead of feet, pounds and gallons.

The metrication ordinance is a law that says that all businesses, government agencies and organizations in a certain area have to start using the metric system instead of the old and confusing system we used to use.

So if you go to a store and see something that used to be measured in pounds, like a bag of apples, it will now be measured in grams, which can be a little confusing at first. But it makes things much easier for everyone because the metric system is much more logical and easier to understand.

In summary, the metrication ordinance is just a law that makes everyone in a certain area start using the metric system.
