Microstate

A microstate is a very small country. All microstates are tiny, which means they have very few people and a very small area. Usually, microstates are made up of one or two cities and some surrounding land, so they are much smaller than regular countries. Microstates often depend on other countries for things like money, protection, and resources. Examples of microstates include Monaco, Liechtenstein, and San Marino.
