Microvalve

A microvalve is like a teeny-tiny door that controls the flow of liquid or gas through a tiny pipe or channel. It's so small that you might need a microscope to see it! Imagine you have a straw and you want to control how much liquid flows through it. You can use your mouth to suck in and let out air to control the flow, but microvalves work in a different way. They have a little gate or a flap inside that moves up and down to let more or less liquid or gas through. This gate or flap can be controlled by a tiny motor or a magnet, like how you control a remote-controlled car or helicopter. Microvalves can be used in all sorts of important things, like medical devices and lab equipment, to control the flow of fluids and gases at very precise levels.
