Midianite

Okay kiddo, let me tell you about the Midianites. They were a group of people who lived a long time ago, in a place called the Middle East. They lived in an area that is now part of countries like Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

The Midianites were known for many things, like raising camels and trading with other people. But they were also talked about in some ancient stories from a book called the Bible. In those stories, the Midianites were sometimes enemies of another group of people called the Israelites.

Some of the stories say that the Midianites did bad things, like worshiping idols and stealing from other people. But other stories say that they were simply different from the Israelites.

Today, we don't really hear about the Midianites anymore. But we can still learn from their stories and the way they lived. We can try to be kind and respectful to people who are different from us, just like we would want them to be kind and respectful to us.
