Milorganite

Milorganite is a special type of fertilizer that is made from the leftover stuff that comes out of people's toilets. The stuff that comes out of people's toilets is called wastewater, and it's not safe to use on plants until it has been treated to get rid of all the yucky stuff in it.

Milorganite is made by taking this wastewater and treating it with special bacteria that eat up all the bad stuff and turn it into good stuff that plants love. They do this by eating up all the microorganisms and nutrients that plants need to grow big and strong. Then, once everything is all cleaned up, the bacteria and the good stuff are dried out and made into little pellets that look like tiny brown balls.

When people use Milorganite on their gardens, it gives the plants all the nutrients that they need to grow big and strong. And because it's made from wastewater, it's a very sustainable and environmentally friendly way to keep plants healthy. But even though Milorganite is made from wastewater, it's completely safe to use and won't make anyone sick.
