Mineral water

Mineral water is water that comes from a special place in the ground where there are natural minerals. It's like a secret underground treasure! These minerals, like calcium, magnesium, and potassium, are important for our health and help our bodies work properly.

Some people think mineral water tastes better than regular water because it has a unique flavor. It can also be fizzy, which means it has tiny bubbles that tickle your tongue.

To be called mineral water, it has to meet certain standards that make sure it's clean and safe to drink. The water has to come directly from the underground source and can't be treated or changed in any way. It also can't have any artificial flavors or things added to it.

Drinking mineral water is a good way to make sure you're getting important minerals your body needs. Just make sure to check with an adult before trying any new drinks!
