ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Minority (philosophy)

Minority is a way of thinking about groups of people who are different from the majority of people in a particular area, usually because of their race, economic status, religion, ethnicity, or nationality. In philosophy, people who are in the minority are often treated unfairly or are overlooked, which means that their ideas, values, and opinions can be overlooked or not taken into consideration. To ensure that everyone's voices are heard, it's important to make sure that minority groups have a say in decisions that affect them and society.
