Miswak

Miswak is a special stick or twig that people use to clean their teeth. It's kind of like a toothbrush, but it's made from a certain type of tree called the Salvadora persica tree (which is also known as the arak tree, or the toothbrush tree).

When you use a miswak, you basically chew on it or rub it against your teeth to get rid of food particles and bacteria that can cause cavities and other dental problems. Some people prefer to use a miswak instead of a regular toothbrush because they believe it's more natural and has many health benefits.

Miswak has been used for thousands of years in various parts of the world, including the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. In some cultures, it's even considered a religious symbol and is used for spiritual purification.

If you're interested in using a miswak, you can usually find it at specialty stores or online. It's important to use it properly and replace it regularly to get the best results. Happy brushing!
