Mixed-sex education

Mixed-sex education means a school or class where both boys and girls learn together. Girls learn the same things as boys, and boys learn the same things as girls. Mixed-sex education lets boys and girls practice working, playing, and learning together which is important when they become adults. This can help them understand each other's differences and respect each other.
