Mobutism

Mobutism is a system of government where one person (a leader called a dictator) has all the power. This person makes all decisions without anyone else's opinion, which means everything the dictator decides must be followed. This is different from other systems of government, like democracy, where all people have a say in who is in charge and how the country is run. Mobutism is usually bad for the people, as the dictator may not make fair decisions or act in the best interest of the people.
