Mokuso

Mokuso is a way of calming yourself down and getting ready for something. It’s a simple practice that helps you focus, relax, and be ready for what’s happening. To do mokuso, first sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a few slow, deep breaths and try to empty your mind of all the thoughts that have been swirling around in it. Focus on your breathing and any sounds you can hear in the room. Now take another deep breath and slowly exhale. Let go of any worries or concerns and try to relax completely. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and get ready to face whatever comes your way.
