Mola salsa

Okay kiddo, have you ever had salsa? It's a yummy dip made with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and spices. Mola salsa is very similar, but it's actually a type of fabric from Panama.

You see, in Panama, there are special women called Kuna who are very skilled at making beautiful handmade fabrics. They use a traditional technique called mola, where they layer different colors of fabric on top of each other and then cut intricate designs into them.

The mola fabric is then used to make all sorts of things, like blouses, bags, and even wall hangings. And some people even use the mola fabric to make things like shoes and wallets!

So while mola salsa might sound like a tasty snack, it's actually a really cool type of fabric that comes from Panama and is made by skilled Kuna women using a traditional technique. Pretty neat, huh?
