Mondor's disease

Mondor's disease is when a grown-up (or an adult) gets pain and swelling under their skin in certain parts of their body, usually around their chest, arms, or legs. The pain and swelling can happen because tiny tubes, called veins, that carry blood around the body get squeezed and blocked, like when you squeeze a straw with your fingers. This can make it hard for blood to get through, which causes the pain and swelling. Mondor's disease can happen for many reasons, like from an injury, a infection, or doing too much exercise. It may go away on its own or sometimes doctors can give medicine or other treatments to help. But always remember to tell a grown-up if you have any pain or swelling in your body, because they can help you feel better!
