Mongolian calendar

Okay kiddo, so the Mongolian calendar is a way of keeping track of time in Mongolia. It helps people know what day it is and what time of year it is.

The calendar has twelve months, just like the calendar we use in many other countries. But the Mongolian months have different names than the months we use. For example, the first month in the Mongolian calendar is called "White Month," and the second month is called "Blue Month."

Each month in the Mongolian calendar is divided into two parts: the first fifteen days and the second fifteen days. The first fifteen days are called "White Days," and the second fifteen days are called "Black Days."

The Mongolian calendar also has some special days that we don't have in other calendars. For example, there's something called "Tsagaan Sar," which is the Mongolian New Year. It usually falls in February, and it's a time when families get together, eat special food, and exchange gifts.

Overall, the Mongolian calendar is just a way of keeping track of time, like a big clock. But it also helps people in Mongolia celebrate important events and know when to do things like plant crops or harvest them.
