Monoidal category

Monoidal categories are like mixing things together. It's like a box that contains different ingredients like sugar, salt and pepper. Monoidal categories take all these ingredients and mix them together in a way that works out all the measurements. This makes it easier to create dishes in the kitchen. When you put different things together in a monoidal category it helps figure out how much of each ingredient is needed to make a certain dish.
