Mormon feminism

Okay kiddo, so there are these people called Mormons who have some special religious beliefs. Some women in this group feel like they should be able to do more things and have more say in the religion. They want to be equal to the men in their group, so they call themselves "Mormon feminists".

Now, in their religion, they believe that men and women are equal in the eyes of God, but sometimes the men in the religion have more power to make decisions and be leaders than the women. This makes the Mormon feminists upset because they think that men and women should be equal in every way.

So, the Mormon feminists work to try to change things in their religion so that women can have more say and have more equal roles as leaders. They want to be able to voice their opinions and make decisions just like the men do.

This is important because it's not just about their religion, it's about how women are treated in society in general. The more we work to make sure women have equal rights and opportunities, the better the world will be for everyone!
