Mosquito alarm

Have you ever heard a high pitched sound that only mosquitoes can hear? If you have, then you have heard a mosquito alarm! It's basically a machine that plays a very high pitched sound that annoys mosquitoes and keeps them away. The sound is so high pitched that humans can't hear it, but mosquitoes can. When they hear it, they get confused and fly away, so they don't come near us and bite us.

It's like when your mom turns on a loud vacuum cleaner and you get scared and try to run away. Mosquitoes feel the same way when they hear the mosquito alarm. It's a very effective way to keep mosquitoes away, especially when you're outside in the summertime or in areas where there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Some people even wear personal mosquito alarms on their clothes or attach them to their bags when they go camping or hiking. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors without getting bitten by pesky mosquitoes. So next time you hear that high pitched sound, remember, it's probably a mosquito alarm keeping those annoying bugs away!
