Mosquito net

A mosquito net is like a big see-through blanket that you sleep under to keep mosquitoes away from you while you’re sleeping. Mosquitoes are tiny bugs that could bite you while you are sleeping and make you itchy and sick.

The net has very small holes in it that are too small for mosquitoes to pass through, but you can see through the holes pretty clearly. It is hanged on a frame, often made of metal or bamboo, and is draped over your bed like a tent.

When you go to bed at night, you climb under the mosquito net and tuck it in around the edges so that no mosquitoes can come in. The net covers you from all sides and protects you from mosquitoes. This way you can sleep well and wake up in the morning without any mosquito bites.

Even though mosquito nets are mainly used at night, they can also be hung up during the day in homes, schools, hospitals, or any other area where there are many mosquitoes. This is especially important in countries where mosquitoes can carry diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, and Zika virus.

So, the mosquito net is like your own special blanket that keeps you safe from mosquito bites while you are sleeping. It’s a simple but very effective way to stay safe from mosquitoes and the diseases they can carry.
