Motor vehicle fatality rate in the US by year is a way to measure the number of motor vehicle (cars, trucks, etc) related deaths that happen each year. To put it simply – it's like a score that tells us how often people die in car accidents in the US. The number gets bigger every year if more people die in car accidents and it gets smaller if fewer people die.
