Moustalevria

Moustalevria is a special kind of dessert that's really popular in Greece. It's made from grape must, which is basically the juice that comes from grapes when they're pressed.

To make moustalevria, you start by cooking the grape must in a big pot. Then, you add some cornstarch (which is like a special powder that can thicken things up) and stir it all together.

After a while, the mixture gets thicker and thicker, until it looks kind of like pudding or jelly. You can add other things to the mixture, like nuts, cinnamon, or even chocolate chips, to make it taste even better.

Once everything is mixed together and heated up, then you pour the mixture into little bowls or molds, and let it cool off in the fridge.

When it's all cooled down, you can take it out of the fridge and eat it! Moustalevria is a sweet and yummy treat that's perfect for a special occasion or just as a little snack.
