Mula Bandha

Okay, so mula bandha is like a superpower that you have in your body! It's a way of tightening up a specific muscle in your pelvic floor, the same muscle that you use when you pee or poop.

When you tighten this muscle, it helps you with yoga and other physical activities by giving you more strength and stability. It also helps you with breathing and staying focused.

To do mula bandha, you first have to sit comfortably and relax your body. Then, you imagine that you are trying to stop peeing or pooping and you squeeze that muscle in your pelvis. You can hold it for a few seconds and then slowly release it.

It might feel a little weird at first, but with practice, you'll get better at it and it can make you feel really strong and powerful!
