Multidimensional Expressions

Multidimensional expressions are like playing with blocks of different shapes, sizes, and colors.

Think of a square block, it has one dimension (length). A cube has three dimensions (length, width, and height). Similarly, multidimensional expressions have multiple dimensions or measures that help us analyze data in a more meaningful way.

For example, think of a grocery store that sells different types of fruits. To better understand which fruits are the most popular, we can use multidimensional expressions. We can create a table that shows the number of fruits sold by each month, by each store location, and by each type of fruit.

Now, we have multiple dimensions or measures to analyze - time (months), location (store), and type of fruit. This helps us gain a better understanding of which fruits are popular and where they are selling the most.

In simpler terms, multidimensional expressions help us better organize and analyze data by breaking it down into different categories or dimensions. We can then use this information to make better decisions and gain insights into our data.
