Municipal council

Municipal council is like a big group of people who work together to make important decisions for a town or city. They are kind of like your parents who make rules for your house, but instead they make rules for the whole town or city.

The council is made up of people who are elected by the people who live in the town or city. These people are called councillors. They have a really important job because they are supposed to speak for and make decisions for the people in their district.
