Mustafa Kamil Pasha

Alright kiddo, let me tell you about Mustafa Kamil Pasha! He was a very important person from a long time ago in Egypt. You know how we have presidents now? Well back then, they had a thing called a "pasha" and that's what Mustafa Kamil was. He was born in 1874 and he really wanted to help make Egypt a better place.

You know how when you're playing with toys, you sometimes get into arguments with your friends about who gets to play with what? Well, countries can have those kinds of arguments too. Egypt was controlled by another country called the Ottoman Empire, and the people in Egypt weren't very happy with that. Mustafa Kamil was one of those people who wanted Egypt to be its own independent country.

He started writing articles in newspapers and gave speeches to tell people about his ideas. He wanted all the people in Egypt to work together, no matter what religion they were or where they came from. That's like when you and your friends share your toys and play together even if you like different games.

Mustafa Kamil worked really hard and people started to listen to him. He even helped create a group called the National Party, which wanted to make Egypt independent. It took a while, but eventually, Egypt did become its own country in 1922.

Mustafa Kamil Pasha passed away in 1908 when he was just 34 years old, but he is remembered as an important person who stood up for what he believed in and helped make Egypt the country it is today!
