Okay kiddo, have you ever watched gymnastics on TV and seen all those amazing flips, tumbles and turns? Well, the NCAA Women's Gymnastics Championship is when all the best college gymnasts come together to compete against each other to see who is the best of the best.
The gymnasts are from different colleges from all over the country and they have to qualify for the championship by doing really well in the previous competitions. Once they qualify, they compete in a big tournament to see who can get the highest score.
The tournament is divided into different events where the gymnasts perform routines in different types of gymnastics like bars, balance beam, floor, and vault. They have to do a certain number of things in their routine and the judges give them a score based on how well they do it. The gymnasts with the highest scores get to move on to the next round.
It's a really exciting competition with lots of talented gymnasts and amazing feats of strength and skill. The winner is the gymnast who has the highest score overall at the end of the tournament. And they get to be called the NCAA Women's Gymnastics Champion!
