NO2ID is a group of grown-ups who think that it's not fair for the government to store information about you without you knowing. Imagine if someone wanted to collect all of your stickers and put them in a big book without asking you if they could. That's not very nice, is it? Well, it's kind of the same thing with your personal information.
The government can collect information about you like your name, date of birth, and other important things. But, NO2ID thinks that the government should only do that if they ask first and if they tell you what they're going to do with your information. Just like if you wanted to borrow your friend's toy, you should ask first and tell them what you plan to do with it.
