NSF International is like a policeman, but for things you eat and drink. Just like how police officers make sure everyone is following the rules and staying safe on the streets, NSF International makes sure that the products we use to cook and eat our food are safe and healthy for us. They have a bunch of strict rules that companies have to follow in order to get their approval. This might mean testing products to make sure they don't have any harmful materials, or making sure they work the way they're supposed to. Basically, NSF International helps make sure we don't get sick from the things we eat and drink!
