ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

NTFS

NTFS or New Technology File System is a special way that our computers keep track of important files and folders. Think of it like a giant filing cabinet where all of our computer stuff is stored.

When we save a file or folder onto our computer, it gets organized into little pieces on the hard drive. NTFS helps our computer remember where all these little pieces belong and how to put them together again when we need them.

It also has some neat features like being able to control who can access certain files, setting up backups so we don't lose important information, and letting us recover deleted files (as long as we haven't emptied the recycle bin).

Basically, NTFS is like a super organized and smart helper that keeps all of our computer stuff safe and easy to find.
