Nafudakake

Nafudakake is a type of traditional Japanese seasoning that can be sprinkled on top of rice or other dishes to make them taste better.

Imagine if you have a plain bowl of rice - it might not be very exciting to eat. But if you sprinkle some nafudakake on top, it can add lots of flavor and make the rice taste even better.

Nafudakake is made up of lots of different ingredients like sesame seeds, bonito flakes (which come from fish), dried seaweed, and sometimes even sugar or soy sauce. All of these ingredients are mixed together and then ground up into tiny pieces.

The end result is a delicious seasoning that can be added to lots of different foods to give them more flavor. It's kind of like putting sprinkles on top of ice cream - it just makes it more tasty and fun to eat!
