National Association for Female Executives

The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE for short) is a group of grown-up ladies who work in big buildings and make important decisions. They started this group so that they can all support each other and become even better at their jobs. They also think it's important for girls to know that they can grow up to be leaders too, just like the ladies in the NAFE. So, they help girls learn important skills and give them a lot of encouragement. It's like being part of a club where everyone is really smart and nice, and they all want each other to do well in life.
