National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is like a big group of adults who work in different jobs where they have to make agreements with other people or companies. These adults help each other to be really good at making agreements and contracts by sharing their experiences and knowledge with others. They also have meetings and events where they learn new things and meet new people who do similar jobs. Just like how kids have clubs in school where they do activities together, the NCMA is like a club for adults who do contracts and agreements for work.
