Nebulizer

A nebulizer is like a special machine that helps people breathe in medicine when they are having trouble with their lungs. You know when you take deep breaths and sometimes you feel a little tickle in your throat? Well, some people have that feeling all the time because of a sickness called asthma or other lung problems. When they breathe in the medicine from the nebulizer, it helps them feel better and breathe easier.

The nebulizer has a tube that connects to a container of special liquid medicine that turns into a misty spray. The mist goes into a mask or mouthpiece that the person holds or wears over their nose and mouth. The person breathes in the misty spray, and the medicine goes into their lungs where it can help make the tickles go away, so they can breathe more easily.

It's like when you want to water your plants, but you don't want to pour water on the leaves, so you use a spray bottle filled with water to spray the leaves. The nebulizer is like a fancy spray bottle that has special medicine, and it sprays the medicine into your lungs so you can breathe easier!
