ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Network neutrality

Network neutrality is the idea that the internet should be fair and everyone should have the same access to it and all websites should load at the same speed. It means that no company or organization should be able to slow down or block any website or service just because they don't like it. It's like a playground - all the kids have to have the same access to the playground and all the equipment, no matter who they are or who their parents are.
