Neutral monism

Neutral monism is a type of philosophy that suggests that the world is made up of both matter (like rocks and plants) and minds (like humans and animals). Rather than either one being better than the other, they are equal and both are necessary for understanding the world. It is neutral, which means that it does not prefer either one.
